The Smart Recruit Application Process
Simple and easy recruitment process.
Step 1: Submit your CV or apply for one of our roles
Step 2: Pre-screening- Once we have received your application one of the team will give you a call to discuss your experience and go through the job role you have applied for.
Step 3: Face to Face Interview- Once the pre-screening process is successfully completed, you will be invited for an interview with a member of our Onboarding team. During this interview, we will discuss the role you applied for, the opportunities available at Smart Recruit Group, your skills and experience, and the benefits of joining our team.
Step 4- If your application to work with us is successful you will be required to provide the following information:
- Complete Registration Form
- Full work History
- Proof of Identity and Right to Work
- Minimum of 5 years complete and satisfactory referencing history, please note we only accept professional business email addresses (we do not accept personal email addresses for employer references).
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Disclosure
- Evidence of Qualifications
- Proof of NMC registration ( Qualified Nurses only)
Step 5- You may be required to complete training depending on the sector and the role you have applied for. Your Onboarding manager will discuss this with you and advise on all training you are required to take, should this be the case you will not be able to complete shifts until this is complete.
Once everything is finalised and the references meet the required standard, you will be invited for your induction.
